Job Description Summary Role Summary/Scope: The Lean Transformation Leader reports directly to the Site Leader and is responsible for leading and sustaining site-wide Lean initiatives to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People Engagement and Customer Satisfaction. This role partners with all local functional leaders, and employees to foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and problem-solving across all products, processes, and value stream that impact the Clearwater Site performance. The Lean Transformation Leader will identify improvement opportunities, coach leaders and teams in Lean principles and tools, facilitate kaizen events, develop standard work, and help build organizational capability for sustained performance improvement.
