WHAT YOU WILL DO: As the Director of Executive Recruiting, you will shape the way our company attracts, evaluates, and hires top executive talent. This is a highly visible, enterprise-level role where you will serve as a strategic advisor to the CHRO, Executive Committee (EC), and HR Leadership Team—guiding some of the most critical talent decisions in the organization. You will lead our most complex and high-impact executive searches while developing and empowering a talented Executive TA team. Acting as both a player and a coach, you will personally own CEO-adjacent and EC-level searches, set the standard for excellence, and build the operating rhythm, assessment rigor, and governance that ensures reliability, consistency, and confidence in every executive hiring decision.
