Job Description: ABOUT THE ROLE: •Escalation & Relationship Management Serve as the primary regional escalation contact for all Luxury &Lifestyle hotel support matters, ensuring swift and effective resolution. Cultivate and sustain trusted partnerships with hotel owners, General Managers, and regional leadership teams.
