In this role, you'll: Lead the end-to-end delivery of property acquisition programs to secure timely land access for major infrastructure projects, ensuring outcomes are fair, compliant and aligned with Transport for NSW priorities. You’ll provide strategic leadership across acquisition processes, including valuation, negotiation, compensation and early access planning, while maintaining a strong focus on probity and customer outcomes. You’ll play a key advisory role on complex and sensitive acquisition matters, including those involving Aboriginal Land Claims and Crown land, working closely with Aboriginal stakeholders, government agencies, legal providers and project teams to navigate competing priorities and achieve sustainable outcomes.
