Senior Compensation Specialist Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Compensation Specialist to join the team. In this role, you will be on a team focused on partnering across Total Rewards functions (Compensation, Executive Compensation, and Benefits – as needed) and across Business Unit Total Rewards Partner Team (including BCA, BDS, BGS, ET&T, and Corporate Functions) and Total Rewards leadership team, as needed. This role will be focused on collaborating with key stakeholders supporting the development and execution of a variety of enterprise-wide and/or business unit strategic initiatives. This will include supporting business growth, advancing Total Rewards objectives, and developing and reinforcing strong employee engagement through project management. This position allows the candidate to be based in one of the following: Seattle, WA; Everett, WA; Hazelwood, MO; Berkeley, MO; Chicago, IL; North Charleston, SC, or Plano, TX.
