Position Overview: Responsible for overseeing the compliance of merchandise, products, equipment, and materials across international borders in accordance with applicable U.S., Canada, Mexico, and global trade regulations, including federal, state, local, and country-specific requirements. Key Responsibilities: Oversees the compliance process for import / export transactions in accordance with applicable laws; prepares required invoices and state and federal declarations and supports regulatory requirements. Ensures all import and export activities comply with applicable U.S. and international regulations and established procedures, SOPs, and work instructions. Confirms the accuracy and integrity of all product and trade data, including country of origin, HTS, ECCN, descriptions, and value within systems; performs and supports classification determinations and updates; conducts denied party screening and due diligence; and validates alignment with customs filings, physical shipments, and financial records.
