Manager -Behavioral Health/Clinic Services - Full-time

Job description

Requirements: Shift: 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday. - Lead the Behavioral Health Service Line, coordinating efforts between primary care providers, DCMC administration, and staff. - Oversee program development, implementation, and organization. - Ensure compliance with WI DHS Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic certification. - Manage program activities, including report generation, process improvement, and patient satisfaction. - Identify, triage, and manage patients with medical and behavioral health issues. - Provide therapy for individuals with behavioral health disorders, including psycho-education and patient education strategies. - Dedicate 25% of time to patient care. - Master's Degree in a Human Services field (MS, MSW, M Ed, MA) from an accredited institution. - Licensure in Wisconsin (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in good standing - Certification in SUD treatment or equivalent preferred - Minimum of five years post-licensure experience in behavioral health or clinical social work services preferred. - Excellent knowledge of behavioral medicine and evidence-based treatments. - Leadership/management experience preferred. - Driver's license and CPR/BLS certification.
