Essential Duties/Responsibilities: - Select, develop and retain top sales talent in support of regional sales objectives, provide timely coaching and feedback to drive performance results and reinforce key principles of effective Territory Management and consultative selling techniques. - Work with Global Senior Sales Manager (where applicable) and Director, Industry Sales to develop and implement strategic plans and tactics that translate into meeting agreed upon industry and territory sales objectives, including specific target dates and accountabilities. - Ensure coverage of customer base implementing territory management models inclusive of Outside Sales, Inside Sales, Channel Partners and c...
