DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides friendly and attentive service to bar guests following Company standards. Prepares beverages for servers (if working service bar) to serve to guests. Sets up and maintains bar so that it is stocked with materials/products to provide prompt and efficient service to guests (liquor, beer, wine, glassware, ice, condiments, garnishes, cocktail straws, napkins, menus, etc.). Has complete knowledge of the food and beverage menus, liquor, beer, wine and recipes to make recommendations, prepare drinks, and answer questions. Assists management with inventory as needed.
