In this role, you'll: Work as part of a highly capable team delivering commercial governance and contract management for critical transport infrastructure assets within the Rail Industry (preferably the CRN) dealing with complex third-party contracts. You will provide specialist commercial advice and oversight to ensure value-for-money outcomes and operational efficiency across rail asset infrastructure management projects and programs. You will lead the implementation of robust commercial frameworks, negotiate complex third-party contracts, and drive risk management strategies in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and strategic decisions shape the future of NSW transport infrastructure.
