Salary Grade: $116,800 - $154,800 Job Summary: The Maintenance & Reliability Manager is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for all maintenance and reliability activities within the plant. This role focuses on enhancing plant performance by applying data-driven maintenance practices that support key operational goals, including process safety, environmental compliance, product quality, productivity, and cost efficiency. The leader collaborates across departments to ensure maintenance efforts align with broader plant objectives and drive continuous improvement. Job Duties: Day to Day support (75%) - Effectively assigns daily maintenance resources to maintain plant and minimize downtime, ensures completion of all planned work with minimal overtime or rework and in full compliance with all regulations. - Manages maintenance team performance through performance reviews (PMP) and regular feedback/communication to maximize effectiveness and create a positive environment; ensures team receives training and development in key areas. - Partners with Operations and Process Technical Departments to ensure plant priorities are met, respecting the budget and productio...
