Job description

Overview The MEP Technician II is a skilled role responsible for performing mechanical, electrical, or plumbing tasks with limited supervision. This position performs repairs, routine troubleshooting, and basic system installations. Responsibilities: - Ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by creating a friendly environment and following Jackson Rancheria Guest Service Guidelines. - Performs skilled maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on MEP systems. - Completes routine work independently, including electrical repairs, plumbing fixture replacements, HVAC service, and basic diagnostics. - Assist with system installations, remodels, and upgrades. - Makes periodic inspection of equipment and systems to observe operating condition and need for repair and adjustment. - Conduct preventive maintenance in accordance with established schedules. - Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, parts usage, and system performance. - Provides support and informal guidance to MEP Technician I staff. - Ensure compliance with applicable safety and regulatory standards. - HVAC/R, installing and troubleshooting repairing, rebuilding commercial HVAC equipment and refrigeration system...
