Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree preferred Experience: - Proactively source and engage candidates using platforms such as ClearanceJobs, Indeed, and LinkedIn - Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, texts, emails) to connect with passive candidates - Perform phone screens and technical pre-qualifications, assessing both skills, certifications, and clearance requirements - Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements and hiring priorities - Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles - Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from initial contact through offer stage - Track all candidate activity and pipeline metrics within the ATS - Promote Sentar’s employe...
