BSAs play a crucial role in evaluating existing systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing new technologies to enhance operational efficiency. They are involved in system design, testing, and user training, ensuring that technological solutions align with organizational goals. By optimizing business processes through technology, BSAs contribute to the overall success and competitiveness of an organization.
