POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: The incumbent oversees day-to-day onsite construction activities, in order to achieve timely and profitable completion of projects. S/he directly supervises foremen and field labor, including subcontractors. Base hourly rate of $37/hr - $49/hr KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assists in the preparation/assembly of project schedules, job site offices, and equipment requirements. - Reviews project plans and specifications, and develops execution strategies to reduce potential construction problems and increase cost savings for the Company. - Identifies areas of work covered under the design/build contract. - Schedules, coordinates, and supervises field labor force activities to ensure quality, schedule, budget, and appropriate personnel needs are met in a safe working environment. - Plans and supervises craft activities, including determining manpower levels, material quantities, equipment, temporary power sources, and work schedules from beginning to completion of projects. - Evaluates the performance of employees and subcontractors, and initiates corrective...
