Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. - 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, a related function, or an advanced degree. - Experience in management consulting, real estate, investment banking, finance, or similar environment. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in FP&A, financial modeling, planning, forecasting, budgeting or project management with a focus on process improvement and results delivery. - Experience in data analysis and visualization (e.g., design, build business performance reports and data visualization dashboards). - Ability to self-direct work in an unstructured environment, comfortably dealing with ambiguity and providing grounded recommendations. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate colleagues and collaborate effectively to influence executive leadership.
