Overview In this new position based in Evansville, the Associate Digital Manufacturing Engineer will make a positive impact by collaborating with global and site stakeholders to plan, deliver, maintain and continuously improve critical digital processes, products, services to maximize site value. Responsibilities: - Partner with operations, engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and KPIs. - Design, build, and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into production performance, quality, reliability, and efficiency. - Integrate data from business systems and process systems into dashboards and reporting tools. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across connected systems. - Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and improve data flow between systems. - Support digital manufacturing initiatives, including system connectivity, data modeling, and visualization. - Troubleshoot data issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve root causes. - Document dashboard logic, data sources, and business rules. - Train users and support adoption of digital tools and analytics solutions.
