Role Description: We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and committed ESY (Extended School Year) Teacher to join our summer programming team. This teacher will support scholars in maintaining and strengthening critical academic, behavioral, communication, and functional skills identified through their IEP goals during the summer months. Our ideal candidate brings flexibility, patience, and a joyful presence while creating a structured and engaging learning environment that supports scholar growth. This role requires strong collaboration with paraeducators, related service providers, and families to ensure continuity of services and individualized support for scholars with diverse learning needs. The ESY Teacher will provide targeted instruction, monitor scholar progress, and maintain compliance with all special education requirements throughout the ESY program.
