The Opportunity We are seeking a Junior Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Technologist to join our Energy and Resources consulting team. This position is intended for new graduates or early‑career professionals who are interested in developing a strong foundation in consulting‑based instrumentation and control system design. The successful candidate will work as part of an integrated, multidisciplinary design team, supporting projects across North America. Our portfolio includes power generation and distribution, oil & gas, mining, renewable energy, and energy transition projects. This role offers structured mentorship, progressive responsibility, and exposure to a wide range of industrial facilities and project types.
