Child and Youth Outreach Case Manager

Job description

The Child and Youth Case Manager reports to the Outreach Supervisor and supports children and youth (ages 6–17) who have been impacted by family violence. This role helps create a safe, supportive environment by working directly with children, youth, and their caregivers, as well as with key systems such as schools, community agencies, and peer networks. The Case Manager promotes safety, emotional well-being, healthy development, and resilience. This role provides support both within the YW Crisis Shelter and when families transition back into the community. This position typically works 37.5 hours per week, including two Saturdays per month, and includes regular community‑based travel to meet with clients.
