Ibotta is seeking an Account Coordinator to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. In this entry-level client-facing role, you will support the execution and upkeep of digital promotions campaigns by handling day-to-day tasks that ensure smooth campaign delivery. You’ll work closely with the Account Management, Client Partner and Operations teams to maintain launch accuracy, update campaign assets, and assist with client communication. This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). What you will be doing: Support accurate campaign setup, monitor day-to-day performance, and identify opportunities to improve outcomes for brand partners Support setup of renewals, pauses and in-flight optimizations based on templates or established best practices, ensuring all necessary details are collected from brand partners to ensure on-time and accurate launches Analyze campaign metrics to uncover trends, diagnose performance issues, and make recommendations to brand partners that drive results.
