Position Summary The Program Supervisor for the BSAS Low Threshold Housing program is responsible for overseeing daily operations and supervising a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, a housing specialist, and an administrative assistant. This role involves conducting outreach, assessing participant eligibility, supporting housing stabilization, and managing program documentation and budgets. The supervisor will promote a harm-reduction and Housing First approach while ensuring that all services are delivered in alignment with MHA’s core values of Respect, Integrity, and Compassion and in compliance with agency policies and funding regulations.
