Job Title: Administrative Assistant, Equity Research Reports to: Vice President, Business Management Department: Equity Research: Location: New York: Salary: $105,000 - $118,500: The Equity Research Administrative Assistant will provide optimal full service administrative and project support to the Equity Research department with a specific focus on 4-6 Equity Research analysts. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Administrative Functions: - Actively manage calendars, complicated travel itineraries, and expense reports for 4-6 healthcare Equity Research analysts based in both Boston and New York. - Assist with the logistics for analyst marketing itineraries, Non-deal roadshows, medical meetings and other client functions. - Book travel using Ovation and process expense reports in Databasics. - Log interactions with institutional investors in a timely fashion in our Client Relationship Mgmt Application (CRM), finalize Analyst marketing attendees in the IPREO system (after the meetings), and assist with due diligence processes.
