Introduction As a Supply Chain Cost & Workforce Planning Intern, you will join the Customer Supply Chain Management (CSCM) Central Cost team. You will help structure how headcount supports customer operations and will analyze differences across regions and translate insights into a clear model. This internship contributes to better planning, benchmarking, and cost efficiency across global sites. Your Assignment: In this assignment, you will collaborate closely with central CSCM teams and regional stakeholders to thoroughly analyze the regional headcount structure. The main objective is to assess the current structure and identify activities at each site, with the aim of enhancing transparency. Using these insights, you will develop a regional headcount blueprint based on identified drivers, providing a foundation for comparing sites, improving cost efficiency, and supporting planning for new sites.
