Description The Program Director is responsible for oversight of the Low Threshold Transitional Housing Program (Willows), including the development and delivery of services and day to day operations of the program. The Program Director reports to the Deputy Director for weekly supervision, and clinical and programmatic assignments. Location: Willows is a harm reduction, low threshold transitional shelter program in Boston for women experiencing homelessness, substance use/opioid overdose risk and health/mental health conditions, who may also face multiple barriers to housing. Essential Functions: - Act in accordance with Victory Programs, Inc.’s Standards of Excellence at all times, including maintaining professional ethics, boundaries and client confidentiality. - Ensure contractual compliance at all times with project funders, including City of Boston, DPH and local housing/regional authorities, as well as all federal, state and city housing regulations. - Collaborate in the development of this low-threshold housing program, which consists of mobile housing search, advocacy and stabilization case management services. - Provide oversight of the day to day operations of the transi...
