At Norfolk First Response our reablement approach supports individuals to do things for themselves. We use techniques that support retraining or regaining skills and building confidence to maximise their independence for a period of up to 6 weeks. What does the role involve?: You will assist and support individuals in their home with tasks to enable them to regain their independence. This may include personal care, medication administration, supervising transfers and mobility, nutritional and hydration needs. What we’re looking for: We have part time hours available based across East Norfolk, on a rota that balances mornings (7:30am–2pm or 8am–2:30pm) and evenings (4:30pm–9pm or 5pm–10pm).
