HR Services Specialist (with French)

Job description

We are looking for HR Services Specialist (with French) who as a key member of the HR team, will take ownership of the end-to-end administrative employee lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and high-quality HR experience for employees across all departments and levels. The successfull candidate will be the go-to partner for accurate, timely, and service-oriented HR administration, supporting both employees and line managers in day-to-day HR matters. Working closely with HR Business Partners and HR Managers, will help deliver consistent, compliant, and people-focused HR services, contributing to a positive employee experience from onboarding through to offboarding. More about the role: - Prepare and process employment contracts and amendments - Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (SuccessFactors / SAP) - Ensure timely and accurate payroll-related data - Manage employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, changes, transfers, exits) - Support line managers and employees on HR topics - Assist with annual HR processes (appraisals, salary, bonus) - Provide second-level support for HR systems and time recording tools (Atoss) - Advise on HR policies, procedures, and employment conditions...
