Berkeley College, a career-focused institution of higher education, with locations in NY, NJ and Online, is seeking full-time Admission Associates to work on-site at our New York City, NY campus. Admissions Associates guide and help prospective students throughout the enrollment process. Additional responsibilities include recruiting and interviewing prospects, providing campus tours, community outreach, and extensive phone work. Responsibilities: - Create awareness to potential students. - Tour and interview prospective students. - Initialize and follow-up on students’ financial aid process. - Schedule entrance exam, financial aid planning sessions, registration and orientation. - Responsible for student document procurement. - Develop relationships with High Schools, College and community personnel, - Manage and update student records. - Responsible for proper reporting on outreach efforts. - Responsible for attending team meetings. - Receptive to continuous training in product knowledge and to ensure the dissemination of updated and accurate information.
