Your mission, roles and responsibilities: The Sales Engineer is integrated within the Sales Organization of the respective Customer Business Unit and is responsible for the sales development of the assigned product portfolio. Main Responsibilities: Your profile and competencies to succeed What we can do for you - Develop and maintain customer relationships (Purchasing, Engineering, Programs) - Prepare and create commercial offers - Negotiate and manage Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) - Monitor product profitability and commercial productivity proposals - Manage spare parts and serial production - Act as Program Sales Leader within the program core team - Degree in Business Administration or Engineering with an interest in developing a career in sales - Experience in the automotive industry in an operational or commercial role. - Sales experience in an industrial B2B environment is an advantage - Fluency in English and conversational local language skills are essential - Understanding of client business, products, and key competitors - Accountable and result orien...
