Great Opportunity: Under direction from the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician II at SPR is responsible for ensuring property maintenance problems and repairs including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, and appliances are diagnosed and resolved for our residents.
