OSPM oversees the Commonwealth’s state and federal surplus property management programs in accordance with Virginia Code §2.2-1124. This responsibility encompasses the distribution, warehousing, inventory, allocation, reutilization, and disposal of all Commonwealth surplus property, as required by law.
