Continuous Improvement Manager BU South-West (NL) At GXO we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager who will play a key role in strengthening operational performance within a dynamic 3PL environment within our Business Unit South-West. The purpose of this role is entrench the Lean program within the whole business unit, foster collaborations and best practice throughout our business unit South-West, together with the on site CI specialists. What you’ll do on a typical day: - You implement the Lean program within the business unit and ensures it aligns with the organization’s strategic objectives. - You create and manage Lean deployment plans for the site, providing clear structure and timelines for improvement initiatives. - You drive Lean adoption by guiding and motivating teams and ensuring successful execution of improvement projects. - You promote best‑practice sharing, including insights from Kaizen events, to support consistent and scalable improvements. - You deliver on‑site Lean training to strengthen problem‑solving, standardization, and continuous improvement capabilities.
