Advanced Practice Provider Medical House - ( 260001YF ) Description Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for a Medical House role at UH St. John's Medical Center. The APP will be responsible for hospital admissions, general house calls, coordination of care and discharge planning in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team. The schedule rotates days, nights (eligible for night shift incentive program), weekends and holidays. APP experience is preferred and will consider new grads for the New Grad APP Training Program. A Brief Overview: The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is responsible for providing quality care for patients and increasing patient access and satisfaction. Standard tasks to be performed by an Advanced Practice Provider as specified by the Ohio State Board of Medicine or Nursing and UH entity specific Medical Bylaws.
