CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform mechanical disassembly and assembly of products with complex functions requiring independent judgment - Teardown and rebuild a variety of used Tennant equipment - Learn product through Self Study and Hands on experience and Guidance from Shop Supervisor - Assist in all aspects of the reconditioning process - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, battery, air and water-cooled combustion engines, and diesel-gas-LP powered engine problems on all Tennant products. - Responsible for proper and safe use, maintenance, and reporting of Tennant Company property.
