Role Outline: Business Support Associates (BSA) provide the highest level of customer service to our contractors, Sales partners and internal teams. They are the contractor’s sole point of contact once onsite, managing any queries, mid contract changes, extensions and offboarding, whilst adhering to operational compliance. They remain in regular contact with their stakeholders, working in partnership to achieve the strategic goals of the business. The BSA reports directly to the BSM.
