BGS Senior Business Operations Specialist Company: The Boeing Company BGS Government Services is seeking a Senior Business Operations Specialist supporting Business Intel in Berkeley, MO. This role will develop advanced metrics and forecasts, produce executive presentations, identify process improvements. The role will help to develop and lead BGS-G Performance Execution Dashboard, Functional Metrics, Scorecard, RIO, and On-Time Delivery. To be successful in this position, the selected candidate must develop solutions to complex problems that require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation. They must be able to support multiple functions at the executive level, have an agile mindset with exceptional organizational skills, a working knowledge of supply chain, and a positive and flexible attitude. Occasional travel may also be required.
