Classification Title: AST DIR, Educ/Training Programs Classification Minimum Requirements: Masters degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or a bachelors degree in an appropriate area and four years of relevant experience. Job Description: Program Leadership and Oversight Provides leadership and day-to-day direction for the Critical Care Paramedic Program to meet enrollment, learning, and completion goals. Sets program goals, plans timelines, and implements strategies that align with department and university priorities. Advises and reports to the Director of the Fire and Emergency Services Program within the M.E. Rinker School of Construction Management on new initiatives, risks, and results. Establishes standards and accountability for didactic and clinical teaching staff, and monitors performance to ensure consistent quality. Uses data, feedback, and outcomes to guide decisions and to improve teaching, labs, and student support.
