About this role: Wells Fargo’s Credit Card Loyalty & Rewards team is modernizing our end‑to‑end rewards experience. We’re seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of redemption experiences —from points‑for‑merchandise and cash‑back to travel and merchant partner redemptions. You’ll own a critical slice of the loyalty stack, partnering across Product, Technology, Risk, Marketing, and Operations to launch customer‑loved features with measurable business outcomes. In this role, you will: Deliver features end‑to‑end: Drive discovery, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release planning; steward initiatives from ideation through production with strong change management. Elevate the customer experience: Improve findability, transparency (values, fees, restrictions), and conversion across redemption flows; champion accessibility and inclusive design. Integrate partners and platforms: Coordinate with internal platforms and external vendors to enable new redemption types and catalogs; ensure reliability, performance, and scale.
