Your Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Hydrogeologist Modeler to join our Canadian hydrogeology team with an opportunity to reside in one of our hydrogeology centered offices (St. Johns, NL; Dartmouth, NS; Fredericton, NB; Montreal, QC; Ottawa, ON; Waterloo, ON; Winnipeg, MB; Saskatoon, SK; Edmonton, AB; Calgary, AB; Burnaby, BC). The position will join the Hydrogeology Technical Team of Stantec’s Environmental Services Business Line. The Senior Hydrogeologist Modeler will report to a Hydrogeologist Team Leader and will support field investigations, groundwater modeling, and report writing. You will interact with both internal and external clients in field and office settings. Your Key Responsibilities: - The Senior Hydrogeologist Modeler will be responsible for analyzing and communicating hydrogeologic and geologic data to provide insight into critical groundwater flow processes. - Promote a strong health and safety culture and actively participate in Stantec’s Health, Safety, Security, and Environment Program - Prepare proposals, develop work plans, schedules, and budgets and management of projects/tasks - Interpret aquifer tests, characterize aquifers based on maps and other s...
