The Assistant supports the Team and the Relationship Managers (RMs) with all Intermediaries & FO and end-client requests on trading and operational aspects - with the objective to ensure seamless operations and fast, competent and complete responses. Responsibilities include order placement, handling of client requests, payment execution and placement of loans and deposits. Accuracy and timeliness are paramount, with effective handling of enquiries and data provision, plus escalation to senior colleagues where necessary. The RM relies on the Assistant to help promote and service the e-channels dedicated to the Intermediaries & FO and to process the related requests and enquiries. The Assistant is involved in the ongoing information exchange with RMs, plus both internal and external stakeholders in course of business with the clients.
