Senior Director of Workforce Programs

Job description

An integral part of the leadership team, NADAP's Senior Director of Workforce Programs provides leadership and operational oversight of NADAP’s workforce development programs across New York City, Nassau County, and Upstate New York. The role is responsible for program development, performance, contract compliance, service delivery, budget oversight, staff management, and the successful implementation of workforce development and retention initiatives. The Senior Director partners across departments and with external stakeholders to strengthen operations, support funding and performance goals, and enhance program quality and outcomes. Essential Functions: - Oversee day-to-day operations of workforce development and employment programs to ensure quality service delivery and contract compliance. - Develop and maintain systems to track program performance, outcomes, workflows, and operational effectiveness.
