CyberArk Specialist (L2 Support) – Contract Role Location: Amsterdam: Duration: 6 Months: Experience Required: 6–8 Years: Start Date: ASAP: Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced CyberArk Specialist to provide L2 support for Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise with CyberArk Core PAS components and a solid understanding of IAM and PAM workflows in enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities: Provide L2 support for CyberArk PAM issues, incidents, and service requests Manage and troubleshoot CPM password rotation and reconciliation issues Support PSM-related access issues (RDP, SSH sessions) Onboard and manage privileged accounts and platforms (Windows, SSH, Databases, Web Applications) Monitor health and performance of CyberArk components (CPM, PSM, PVWA) Analyze logs and resolve password synchronization issues Handle incidents, changes, and escalations within SLA timelines Required Technical Skills: CyberArk Defender Certified (Mandatory): Strong hands-on experience with: CyberArk Core PAS PVWA (Password Vault Web Access): CPM (Central Policy Manager): PSM / PSMP (Privileged Session Manager) Experience in mana...
