Job Description: Job Opportunity: Packaging Developer Location: Birstall, West Yorkshire (Hybrid): Job Type: Permanent Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE) + Bonus + Benefits We are looking for a Packaging Developer to join our Pet Nutrition Europe R&D team, supporting the Dry and Care & Treats portfolio. In this role, you will deliver end-to-end packaging development projects , from concept through to factory implementation across our manufacturing network. You will also play a key role in maintaining high-quality packaging data , ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and supporting the development of systems and tools that enhance packaging data and specifications Key Responsibilities: - Lead the technical design and development of packaging for medium-complexity projects, including innovation, renovation, and cost-saving initiatives. - Optimise existing packaging to improve cost, quality, and manufacturing performance . - Manage and deliver successful line trials in factories, with full documentation and results analysis. - Ensure packaging systems and specifications are fit for purpose and accurately maintained . - Monitor and maintain high-quality packaging dat...
