Supply Agreement Manager

Job description

This role is critical in driving improved commercial terms and ensuring direct/product supply agreements align with business objectives, mitigate risk, and support sustainable supplier partnerships. You will take a proactive, balanced approach to contract management — focused on collaborative supplier relationships while achieving mutually beneficial commercial outcomes. Key Responsibilities: You will: - Lead the development, negotiation, and management of Motion supply agreements to secure favourable commercial terms - Review, interpret, and administer contractual terms to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations - Partner closely with Category Managers to integrate supply agreement strategies within category plans and procurement initiatives - Work collaboratively with Product Managers to enhance category performance and profitability - Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and supplier risks - Monitor market trends and supplier performance to inform negotiation strategies and identify opportunities - Maintain transparent communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers throughout the contract lifecycle - Support continuous improvement initiati...
