What You’ll Do: In this pivotal role, you are the driving force behind our retail and concession channels. You will report directly to the Head of Sales and take full ownership of the following: - Strategic Partnerships: Manage and nurture high-level relationships with Fossil Group Key Partners, including outlet centers and landlords. - Commercial Growth: Develop and implement annual sales plans with our Concession Partners, focusing on maximizing sales, profit, and cost management. - Inspiring Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop our Area Managers and Store Operations teams to ensure a high-performing and motivated culture. - Operational Excellence: Oversee the complete scale of retail activities, including staffing (from Store Associates to Managers) and ensuring optimal store operatio...
