Position Summary... What you'll do... Provides customer service by acknowledging the customer identifying customer needs assisting with purchasing decisions locating merchandise resolving customer issues and concerns and promoting products and services while maintaining a safe shopping environment Provides direction and guidance to associates on customer service approaches and techniques to ensure customer complaints and issues are resolved within company guidelines Maintains area of responsibility in accordance with company policies and procedures by ensuring claims and returns are properly handled area is zoned merchandisesupplies are arranged and organized shrink and damages are identified and a safe work environment is maintained Assists management with the supervision of associates in multiple departments by assigning duties developing and communicating goals teaching and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures supporting the Open Door Policy and conducting daily meetings Participates in the hiring recruiting training coaching and evaluation of associates in assigned area Works with associates to ensure proper execution of customer inventory flow process backr...
