Overview JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of Joint Tech's Vice President of Data Insights and Innovation, the Director of Data Engineering and Integration Services is responsible for the architecture, development, operation, and governance of Central Health System's healthcare data platforms, including the Snowflake cloud data environment, core data architecture, and all data engineering and integration services. This role also provides leadership and oversight for legacy and transitional platforms, including Microsoft SQL Server, as the organization continues its multi-year migration from on-premises and hybrid SQL Server environments to Snowflake. The Director supports business, operational, financial, clinical, and population health use cases across this evolving data ecosystem. This role requires a hands-on technical leader with deep experience in healthcare data engineering, cloud-native architectures on Microsoft Azure, and interoperability standards including FHIR, as well as strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server in enterprise healthcare environments.
