Job description
The Lead SW Architect is responsible for defining and delivering Resideo’s next-generation frontend platform architecture. The selected candidate will establish the technical vision, design modular frontend systems, and ensure consistent, scalable, and maintainable user experiences across our digital ecosystem. This is a hands-on architecture role, requiring deep technical expertise combined with strong architectural leadership. You will partner closely with Engineering, Product, UX, and Platform teams to ensure frontend systems scale with our growing IoT platform and evolving customer needs. The Lead SW Architect will also play a key role in advancing Resideo’s AI-first development approach, leveraging modern tooling and automation to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and enhance developer productivity.
