About the Role Orchard is looking for a Workplace Experience Associate to own the day-to-day operations of our offices and support HR programs and processes across the company. You will work closely with the HR team - touching onboarding and offboarding, employee experience, HRIS management, planning team events, and office administration. The ideal candidate will be looking to gain broad exposure to various disciplines within HR and can move quickly in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, hybrid role (2 days in-office) based in Austin, TX, that reports to the Manager, People Operations. What You’ll Do Here: - Create an inclusive and engaging employee experience for the Austin team, including supporting daily office operations, managing employee-facing events and programs, and coordinating with IT, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the office is running smoothly - Coordinate seamless new hire onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring every employee starts and finishes their journey on a great note. - Work closely with the rest of the HR team to support projects and day-to-day tasks related to the employee lifecycle.
