Overview Industry: Aerospace/Defense: Position: Supplier Quality - Field Engineer Location: Sylmar, California: Duration: On-going: Frequency: Avg 40 hrs per week (depending on workload) Compensation: $35/hr: Third Party Experienced Quality Assurance Professional to Support Surveillance Activities: Witness Operation Instruction Requirements to Manufacturing Performance Job Description: The candidate must be dependable, professionally mature in an environment where the product is intellectual proprietary and the NDA is enforced. Third party visual observer who verifies operation instructions align to operator actions in a dynamic environment. The candidate must be able to adjust and capture multiple versions of instructions on the manufacturing floor with changes to instructions with little to no advance notice. Skill set required: - Email - Enter information into Microsoft Word and Excel - Read and write English. - Read Drawings - Inspection Equipment/MSA Experience Preferred - 3+ Years Manufacturing/Assembly Experience (Sub Assembly to Top Level PN WOs)/Acrylics Perferred - Internal Audit Experience - Initiative to Research Specifications and Comprehend Witten Specifications.
